Fireworks are not permitted to be set off after 10:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. In the event the Fireworks are not set off due to curfew, fans will receive a certificate for a discounted ticket for a future Barnstormers home game. Sunday Fireworks must be finished by 10:30 p.m.

ATM Machine:
For your convenience, the ATM machine is located in the Inside Corner Team Store next to the main gate.

Autographs:
We encourage our fans to ask players and coaches for autographs; however, there are some guidelines. Players are not allowed to sign autographs once the umpires have taken the field. We also ask that you be courteous of your fellow fans when seeking autographs.

Concessions:
A true "taste of Lancaster" can be found at Clipper Magazine Stadium. There are two "main" concession stands, one on either side of the concourse, along with a variety of specialty stands and portables located throughout the park. Come hungry and leave happy!

Our concession stands do sell common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat etc.) If you have any food allergies please contact the front office to make special arrangements to avoid contact with any specific allergens.

Fan Assistance:
To make your visit to Clipper Magazine Stadium as pleasant as possible, the Belco Fan Assistance Center is located next to the main ticket office, directly behind home plate. A Barnstormers representative will be available at all times to offer 110% customer service.

Foul Balls:
Fans are reminded to stay alert at all times, as bats and balls may enter the stands. You are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, but you may not, under any circumstances, interfere with a ball that is in play by leaning over the box seat railing or outfield wall. Violators will be subject to ejection from the park.

Gates Open:
Clipper Magazine Stadium gates will open one (1) hour before the scheduled game time, Monday-Thursday and an hour and a half prior to the first pitch, Friday-Sunday, unless otherwise noted.

Gift Shop:
Don't leave Clipper Magazine Stadium without a memento of your visit. The Barnstormers Inside Corner Team Store is located on the main concourse behind home plate and will remain open the entire game. A full array of items are available for purchase, with many items also available in the on-line team store here.

Kids' Park:
One of the many features of Clipper Magazine Stadium, the Stadel Volvo Kids’ Park is located down the third base line. Compete with various inflatables, a rock climbing wall, a carousel and other fun activities; the Kids’ Park is a great way for youngsters to burn off some energy.

Outside Food and Drink:
Outside food and drink and/or coolers are not permitted into Clipper Magazine Stadium. The Barnstormers encourage fans to visit and support other downtown establishments either before or after the game, or enjoy the concessions in the ballpark.

PA Announcements:
All requests for scoreboard and public address announcements must be made to the Barnstormers in writing or via e-mail at least 24 hours prior to the game. Any day-of-game requests can be made at the Belco Fan Assistance Center and will be accommodated if scheduling allows. All fans making requests will be asked to pay a $5 fee to a designated charity.

Parking: Parking is FREE and available in stadium lots, at Liberty Place/Armstrong and on the street and surrounding areas. Click here for directions & parking details (including the locations of handicapped accessible parking spaces).

Rain Checks:
In the event that a game does not go five innings (4 ½ if the Barnstormers have the lead), you are entitled to a rain check. Simply present your ticket stub for that night’s game at the box office at any time and receive a ticket for equal or lesser value for any remaining regular season Barnstormers game, subject to availability.

Smoking and Alcohol:
Clipper Magazine Stadium is a smoke-free facility. For your comfort, there are alcohol-free seating sections available in the ballpark.

Family Restrooms:
Clipper Magazine Stadium offers two family restrooms, both of which are handicapped accessible. These restrooms are located on the third base concourse and are equipped with baby-changing stations and secure doors.

Ticket Office:
The Barnstormers ticket office is open Monday-Friday, from 10am - 4pm, and until the fifth inning of every home game. Fans can either stop by the ticket office, or call 717-509-3633. During those hours, tickets can also be purchased on-line by clicking here 24 hours/day, seven days/week.
