How Do I Purchase A Tickets For The 2015 Season?
Once tickets for the 2015 season go on sale you'll be able to simply click on the "schedule" tab above and select the game you want to attend. You can even select the exact seats you want!
What Are The Box Office Hours And How Can I Purchase Individual Tickets?
The Two Dudes Box Office at Clipper Magazine Stadium is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on non-game days beginning in February 2015. On the day of a game the Barnstormers Box Office is open from 10 a.m. - 5th inning. Individual tickets for the 2015 season will go on sale in February.
What Happens If My Game Is Rained Out?
Our rain policy is:
If less than 4 1/2 innings (5 if home team trails) of the game is played, the ticket may be exchanged at the Club's Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any other regular season game, based upon availability.
What Is Kidsbase?
KidsBase is our program designed to reunite "lost parents" with their children in the ballpark. Please stop at the Fan Services Center for more information.
How Do I Audition To Sing The National Anthem At A Barnstormers Game?
Keep checking the website for details. Information is typically posted closer to the season, between January and March.
If you are a choir and would like to inquire about our group opportunities to sing the anthem at Clipper Magazine Stadium, please contact Group Events at 717-358-9875.
Can I Have An Announcement Made?
For a $5.00 donation to the Cylo Fund, which is dispersed to charity at the conclusion of the season, we will acknowledge birthday's and anniversaries. While a 24 hour notice is appreciated, you can stop at the Belco Fan Service Center to give the information and donation the day of the game. Please be sure to stop by as soon as you enter the stadium, as no announcements can be accepted after the first pitch.
How Do I Request A Donation Or Cylo/ Player Appearance?
Please click on the appropriate title under the "Fan Zone" tab on the top of our website. Just complete the online form and one of our staff members will handle your request as soon as possible.
May I Bring Outside Food And Drink Into The Stadium?
We do not allow outside food or beverages brought into the stadium, with one exception; We allow 1 UNOPENED bottle of water per fan to pass through the gate. We encourage fans to visit other local restaurants before or after the game, or to enjoy our terrific concessions , with numerous options, inside the ballpark.
What Special Precautions Are Taken To Protect Fans During A Fireworks Display?
At the request of the Lancaster City Fire Department, the parking lot directly behind the Turkey Hill video board will be closed at the end of the eighth inning before a fireworks display. The lot will re-open approximately 15 minutes after the fireworks display. Fans are not permitted to exit the stadium through the third base or center field gates until the fire marshal has deemed the parking lot safe.
Fans are also asked to move out of the center field lawn seating during a fireworks display.
Is There A Curfew For The Fireworks?
Yes. As a courtesy to our neighbors, the Barnstormers have a self-imposed curfew and will not begin a fireworks display after 11 p.m.
How Do I Apply For Seasonal Employment?
Plan on attending our Job Fair in the off season. As we get closer to the season, information will be posted on the website.
I Want To Be A Host Family For A Player, What Should I Do?

I Am Allergic To Certain Types Of Food, Is There A Way To Avoid Contact?
Yes please contact the front office to make special arrangements to avoid contact with any specific allergens.
Are There Any Regulations On What You Bring Into The Stadium?
For the comfort and safety of all fans, the Lancaster Barnstormers reserve the right to inspect all bags and to prohibit backpacks, coolers, laser pointers, blow horns and other distracting noisemaking devices, glass beverage containers, weapons, and any other items that could interfere with any fans enjoyment of the game.
